Rorqual- 5% bonus to effectiveness of mining foreman gang links per level "when in deployed mode"
Orca- 3% bonus to effectiveness of mining foreman gang links per level
Mining Foreman Mindlink- 50% increase to the command bonus of Mining Foreman Link modules. Replaces mining foreman skill bonus with fixed 15% mining yield bonus.
Mining Foreman Link - Laser Optimization- Command Bonus -2 %
Mining Director - Increases link effectiveness by 100%/level
Warfare Link Specialist - Increases link effectiveness by 10%/level

Rorqual Pilot w/o Mining Foreman Mindlink
10% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 = 15%)
You will mine 10% more in 85% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.10/(1-0.15)=1.2941 or a 29.41% increase in final yield.
Orca Pilot w/o Mining Foreman Mindlink
10% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 x 1.15 = 17.25%)
You will mine 10% more in 82.75% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.10/(1-0.1725)=1.3293 or a 32.93% increase in final yield.
Rorqual Pilot w/o Mining Foreman Mindlink and in deployed mode
10% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 x 1.25 = 18.75%)
You will mine 10% more in 81.25% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.10/(1-0.1875)=1.3538 or a 35.38% increase in final yield.

15% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 22.5%)
You will mine 15% more in 77.5% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.15/(1-0.225)=1.4839 or a 48.39% increase in final yield.
Orca Pilot w/ Mining Foreman Mindlink
15% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.15 = 25.875%)
You will mine 15% more in 74.125% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.15/(1-0.25875)=1.5514 or a 55.14% increase in final yield.
Rorqual Pilot w/ Mining Foreman Mindlink and in deployed mode
15% yield bonus
(2% x 5 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.25 = 28.125%)
You will mine 15% more in 71.875% of the time, so a total yield increase of 1.15/(1-0.28125)=1.6 or a 60% increase in final yield.
If your not going to run in deployed mode, then it better to use an Orca.
Even if only one Hulk is mining it's worth the fuel used for the Industrial Seige mode.
Ice Mining works a bit differently, you only get the time bonus.
